Welcome to the beta version of Digital Assistant.
The digital assistant (chatbot) is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) application designed to assist you in finding information about Cyprus Government services and processes by providing answers to your questions.
Before you start using the assistant, we would like to inform you that:
- The digital assistant does not need personal information, such as your name, age, or address, to respond. Therefore, you should not use such data when submitting your questions.
- You are not conversing with a person but with an AI application. The application is still in the testing and training phase, so it may not always provide correct answers to your questions.
- Your help in training the digital assistant is valuable. We use the questions you submit and the answers you receive to improve the digital assistant to serve you better.
